Absolutely disgusting! Food was horrible I got food from here 1 time and it was yuck so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again today and it was the same- no flavour in the food veges taste like it was from 5 months ago. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone- they give a bad name for noodle canteen
Had the worst experience ever I went to order a hot box last week and said the hot one please they cooked my noodles with chilli oil like I requested and was so perfect go into there today and ordered a medium and asked for them to cook it in chilli oil again they reckon no we don’t use that I was like what u done it last week and my mate orders hot and told them please make hot last time was no spice nor was hot and we left went to a vape store and then next minute go back pick our order up drive home get to the driveway start eating it and out of spiteful behaviour the guy added both hot piping spice to both to the point after one mouthful we were dripping in sweat from our heads whole mouth and face was on fire and I rung up to say hey urve went and took the spice over board to the point we can’t even eat our food a waist of $35 dollars I said can u please remake them both and he said no that’s what you ordered we did not ask to have our food prepared this way will never again go back manukau noodle canteen you should be ashamed of yourselfs. The big guy that serves rude and inconsiderate laughed three times on the phone and I said it’s not a laughing matter shame on you.
The Manukau Branch is particularly lazy. They never want to answer the phone. Never want to serve you at the door even though it is an hour and a half from closing time. Not worth coming here. They let the phone ring and sit on their phone 90% of the time.
Tried multiple times to call, as per google they were open. Phone rang till it disconnected every time which was frustrating!!! Had to go to Manurewa Noddle Canteen. Answered the phone straight away. If they can’t be bothered to answer the phone they dont deserve my money.
1 star because of the young girl at the till doesn’t have customer service skills or listening skills.
Real authentic taste of asian noodles! Either to fulfill your craving of Chinese food or just need something super tasty, this can be a great choice and not mention the price is very much affordable than some fancy restaurant. Worth of every penny!!
Worst customer service ever. Don't go there unless you want to be treated like your nothing.
I love their vegetarian options! very quick in answering their phone and preparing your order.
Haven’t changed their current open hour schedule. Close way before 9pm. Has said they close 9pm for weeks
Unfortunately couldn’t ring up Tried to explain to them when turning up in to the shop and there customer service was disappointing
