Lots of parking but very busy so was a little hard to find a close park. Bit of a wait but good service. Loved my burger, hubby was ok with his but didn't feel it was worth almost $18. Kumara chips were yum, but again, quite pricey for the amount $7 for a carton and aioli. Glad I tried it once, but not sure I'll go back often due to the price $40 for 2 burgers and kumara fries
Been coming for years. Sometimes staff don't seem bothered or happy to be serving you. Burgers are great but sometimes a bit greasy. Strawberry thick shake is the best in the city though!Food: 4/5
Had gone to dine in with family with my little one around 9.30pm. Pathetic customer service short India girl at the counter looked at us in a manner as if she was offering us a free meal after hours. Got food on time but when we started to unpack out parcel this girl again comes out and say we are closing soon taking tables in to note it was only 9.45pm. Her body language all the time made us feel unwelcome. This is not how you show your customer service given that burger fuel is always know for warm energetic welcome. Anyways food was good as usual but not coming back to manukau burger fuel.
Always a good burger but this trip my fries were obviously a bit rushed as the were quite soft. Usually the food is always fantastic so this was probably a one off. Certainly would not put me off going again and highly recommended for a good feed. Wasn't that keen on the chicken fenders. But maybe that's just me, seemed quite pricey for what I got
Great soy shakes and decent vegan burger, could have been hotter tho. Nice staff but tables were sticky I’m definitely gonna get more soy shakes Vegetarian options: Good options
Food and service was great but the awful manager kept yelling and belittling the staff in the kitchen. They seemed to have gotten a few orders wrong so he was patronising them and they looked on the verge of tears. I would not go again if he was still in charge as it was an awful place to eat food in.Food: 5/5
I went there and I ordered halal, but the person that was making the burger did not change the gloves while making the halal ones, that means they are not following the right instructions when they are cooking the halal food, I will let the community be aware of that
It was a rare cold day in Auckland and this restaurant was cold inside despite heating being on full blast inadequate. Metal seats that may look trendy but were uncomfortable and cold to sit on. Also no bathroom or anywhere to wash your hands, which for an eating place seems strange / wrong. To do so you had to walk to the local mall. Food was served in bags to our table, unlike other burgerfuel locations where they serve on trays. On the plus side, thankfully the food quality was fine and served with a smile / good level of service. The place was clean and tidy. In summary, it was OK especially if you want takeaways. But given the prices paid, a bit more attention to customer comfort and this would have been 5 stars. Next time I think I'll avoid this particular location but great as a pit stop. With free range meat as standard on the menu - its the only burger place we ever visit.
Went there for the 2 for 1 priced Burger promotion. The service was really great with a very pleasant smile from the young lady taking orders and subsequently serving them. She was seen serving every customer consistently with same pleasant smile. Was really pleasing to see such great service especially at 5.30pm on Tuesday evening.
The girls @ the front counter were lovely, the food was great, fresh and tasty just what we wanted. Vegetarian options: V twin vege best veggie burger out
