We ordered a fried rice and beef Thai stir fry with broccoli. There was no broccoli in the dish and the fried rice was so old and smelly we could not have it. The shop itself smells like horse pop and is disgusting.
Don’t ever come back. Staffs was poorly communication. I’m so sorry to saying this but cashier Indian accent was so bad that both my husband and me lost communication during the order and failed, took 30 minutes to get through. They really need better English speaking Cashiers. Poorly menu presentation, easy to make customers mess up their orders. 110$ for meals for 2 people and one toddler? We could of end up at Outback Steakhouse with excellent services and food
Sadly, the new owners are not experienced enough to run this place. The food was amazing, but the order was repeated four times, still it was wrong and the food was not cooked. The 'slaw' was coleslaw and sauce...do they know what it used to be? It was a waste of money and time. I am sorry that this place has taken such a bad turn.
Pretty horrible stuff. We waited about 30 minutes for the most ordinary Asian dishes I’ve ever had. On the flip side, if you’re in the area and feel like a box of noodles, it will tick the box.
Ordered via Uber Eats two Seafood Laska’s and added chicken. Both soups had no seafood, so rang restaurant and told them and they remade our soups…apparently the seafood laska only has two school prawns. Very disappointed.
If I could give this no stars I would! Firstly was rushed over the phone to place order, then got back to apartment only to find orders were taken wrong…beef mixed with chicken and vice versa and lastly the terrible, terrible taste. I refused to eat more than one bite and the rest of my family were utterly disappointed however super hungry so were left with an undesirable and unpleasant meal to eat. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE!
Sick! Do not eat here staff are rude and very Unhygienic handling food with there unwashed bare hands disgusting! the Indian lady is a rude piece of work I took 1 bite and nearly threw up dog wouldn’t even eat it how does noodle box Franchise alow this place to destroy there good name.
Didn’t have to wait long which is great. Ordered my favourite that I get from my local Noodle Box, can’t believe it could be so different and definitely not in a good way. No flavour, just heat and a steamed pork bun, like a hockey puck.
This place is so bad. The food has no flavour and couldn't eat more than one bite. I wouldn't eat this even if I were starving in the desert, if u like it I pray for you.
Hello Walk into the store 5 min no one was was there then a cook ask me my order He spoke vertually no english we could not communicate I was just about to walk out then this Indian lady try to serve me and kept taking the wrong order i tried to order a few items and i was told the cooker was out of order and most of the menu was not available the service was very rude and unprofessional and very dark inside i love my noodlebox but this was the worse experience ever! The 2 items we eventually got we not eat as it was saturated with so much liquids it was unedible please look into this store .it was a very bad service rude and unprofessional let alone the food was unedible due to the saturation of sauces please advise why half the menu was not available Not happy Simon
