Dam near impossible to have someone answer the 0800 # & when finally got through, no one at the Gisborne branch answered the phone, so got flicked back to Nona, only for her to hang up on me once I told her it would be quicker for me to drive to the local branch to get a price for something I was wanting to order!! Terrible on the phone service side of things!

Went to the competition before going here, the experience is totally different, went from being ignored to a place where everyone had a smile on their face and were only willing to help. Wont shop anywhere else for electronics now.
