As a company we use Device Fixx in Gisborne for all our iPhone and iPad repairs and the service is excellent. Great prices, quick and excellent quality repairs and a great team to work with. Would not recommend anyone else but these guys! Good Work and Affordable.
My phone charging port damage and device fixx quoted immediately, communicated extremely well and followed up with a fast repair. Great result at a great price. Highly recommend! Thank you!!
I rarely write reviews, but I could not recommend Device Fixx less. They are dishonest and unprofessional. I took my phone in there to get fixed, they said it would take 3 days and it ended up taking over 2 weeks- without my phone even being fixed. They made me pay $40 to take my phone back and said they would let me know when they are able to fix it, however I never got an email back. I found out that it was dead in the back room for those two weeks. I work from my phone and this was extremely upsetting. At another instance, my partner took his phone to get the back glass fixed. Not only was it expensive to fix and took them longer than they said, but they actually broke the phone and lost his SIM card. He ended up having to take it to OnDevice and they helped him right away. This is just my individual experience with DeviceFixx, however I have friends with awful experiences as well. The staff in DeviceFixx will tell you that they can do anything in just a couple of days, but I would not trust them with your device. Perhaps other people have had positive experiences but mine and my partner's could not have been more frustrating and a waste of money and time.
Pretty gutted with device fix…… Dishonest and very unprofessional. My phone came back looking terrible AND they lost my SIM card and were laughing about it. Not very funny. I went around the corner to ondevice and he was great!
I wish I had never bought my computer in. I went in wanting a fan replacement because it was making a weird noise. The lady took apart my computer, put it back together and charged me $150 for her time. When I got home the laptop wouldn’t even turn on, which has never been an issue. She tried to fix it but couldn’t and only agreed to refund the $150 after lots of pleading. Lost so many files and ended up having to send it to AK to get fixed for a problem it didn’t have before I came to this place ‍ Better off to just send your computers to official repairers and pay the extra $$
Highly recommend. I Enquired over the phone, to get a charging port repaired for my partner, the nice lady told me a price to repair $80 or to replace $120. 2 hours was fixed & had she charged it a little as I gave it to her flat glad it didn't need replacing. fast and reasonable price. My partner is over the moon thankyou

Highly recommend the workers are amazing so welcoming & resolve any issues within your phone within a hour and keep you informed the whole time super affordable and just can’t get over how amazing there customer service was the two women there are so understanding and just the coolest my phone has been working amazingly after having it done there THANK YOUS
Can't comment on repair quality but the customer service here is well below average. Seemingly overpriced secondhand offerings on the shelf also.
