Be careful of the green 9.3L buckets made in Thailand. The handle and the bucket itself are such thin plastic that when you fill it with water it buckles. So dangerous when filled with hot water. I complained and the staff member told me not to use it for hot water drrrrrrr. Am I dumb or what!!! Then she asked me if I bought it from Bunnungs? Drrrr that's why I'm ringing you coz I bought it from you. That's why I am ringing you because I am concerned about their safety. A bucket is supposed to be multi purpose, hot and cold water. There is no warning on the bucket to use it for cold water only. They should be taken off the shelves. They are dangerous. Maybe they bought them off TEMU
There’s always one staff member I DREAD being serviced by, she’s middle aged to old with purple hair and glasses. She is absolutely RUDE every time I come in the store she has an attitude that’s just so off putting. Today I came to the store to collect my online order, I said I had the email with proof of purchase and she said I need my license to collect it I’ve never once needed to show my license in store to collect my order. That was so ridiculous. This is why I hate going into stores cause of staffs attitudes next time I’ll get her name and post it. On another note I went to the paint section for assistance and a different lovely lady helped me out with a SMILE on her face. I’ll get her name too THANK YOU for being a decent person some people don’t know what that means.
Good location,plenty of parking,customer service was good with helpful staff,,still got all you need under one roof ,navigating for products easy follow the signs or ask.

Working in the area and we run out of essential supplies, Bunnings had everything we needed, great customer service.
I wish I could live here Love bunnings, and the staff that work here as well. They are very helpful helping us navigate the many sections.
