Wonderful help and very prompt delivery. Tiani was very helpful with my request. Geelong did not have the under bench freezer I required and it had to come from Sydney. I received the freezer at my home in less than a week. Thank you
apuro Bain Marie - DON'T PURCHASED THIS PRODUCT DOESN"T LAST I purchased the above bain maire in Feb 2020, has hardly been used in since purchasing has been packed in the original box under the bed. I want to use it today and all it does is trip the safety switch in the house. Rang Nisbetts to find out if they would do anything about the problem to be told that it is out of warranty only 12 mths warranty and they cannot do anything about it. I can take it to local repair people to have it repaired at my expense. To add insult to injury the sales assistant offered me a $20.00 credit voucher to spend in their store. Perhaps paying for the bain marie to be repaired would have been better seeing that it has been used maximum 6 times since I have had it. I don't know how busineses that purchase this product can afford to replace them every 18 mths. "Extremely disappointed customer"
Good selection of coat effective catering products. More entry level than high end but gets you out of a bind when you need something
Fantastic company both online and instore. I made a large order at Christmas and the delivery was super prompt and the prices for things like glassware and barware were unbeatable. I've also been instore many times and have only ever found the staff friendly and helpful every time. I''ll be going in again soon no doubt.
Tiani has a fantastic sense of humour and was ridiculously helpful. Definitely the best place to go for all of your uniform needs.
