I am complaining about the online store. Absolutely terrible customer service with emails and phone calls ignored when asking for a refund. I made a typo error and ordered the wrong size, total refusal to exchange or resolve the issue by cancellation of order. .

Bought a pair of ninewest heels.Was told by the young girl they would give as they were leather. Wore them once and had to take them off as they made my feet so sore. Gave them another go and took them off 20 min later.Rang Myer Perth store and was told I couldn't get a refund as they would lose money as they could not on sell them. They would have to speak to their superior and would get back to me .Waited nothing so i rang back was given the run around would get back to me within the hour they havent yet Where is the customer service as they cost me over $100.00  Not Happy
