Sales person Nick at Waurn Ponds Nick Scali Store was so helpful to my sister and I. He was patient, showing us different colours which were available in a particular lounge setting my sister was interested in. When we found a different chair that was separate from the lounge he didn't mind that we took a cushion off to see if it was a match. He gave my sister printed dimensions for the lounge suite, to see if it would fit in her new apartment. Nick was very helpful without being invasive, even advising my sister to take photos so as to show her husband. Very happy and satisfied customers.

This review is posted after waiting 6 days for a resolution to this problem with no response given from Nick Scali. We purchased a lounge suite and are very happy with it. However we also purchased a fabric care kit and were not given all the information about the product. On reading the instructions on the can of spray we discovered the product had to be re applied every 12 months adding a significant cost to an already expensive product. We have not used any of this product and it is still in the same box and condition we received it in. As we were not given all the information at purchase time we requested a refund and as stated this matter has been ignored. Be careful all. Make sure the sales person gives you all the information before purchasing this product. Very poor communication from Nick Scali in this matter. The one star is the lowest I can give

We attended south wharf store to inquire about the large wall murals. Even though nick scalli do not sell these items, the store manager Manuala was very helpful and followed up,with where to get them. Very impressed with the service. Thank you.

Wes and the team really looked after me with my recent purchase. At no stage did I ever feel pressured and they Wes was always helpful with my many questions. I asked if the delivery could be bought forward a week and they were able to accommodate this request. Overall, very happy with the product and service .
