Nga's Kitchen Vietnamese Restaurant

If you want authentic vietnamese food do not go to this place and just go to springvale. The service was terrible, why do they play dumb and suddenly dont speak english when you question the food... the bean shoots were brown and the seafood was off and smelt funky which made the omelette inedible, i had to return it. The chicken pho had no basil and the broth had no flavour, rice noodles broken into small pieces was almost inedible and the beef pho was the same. If the owners are vietnamese then they need to take a good look at themselves in the mirror and give themselves a slap. I didnt bother taking photos of pho by this point i was outta there.

my first time eating here tonight with my boyfriend and we experienced such beautiful service. the young lady who served us was so hospitable and quick to help us. the food and the value was amazing. i love that they stay open a little later than all the other pho places i know. will definitely be coming back again :

Have been going to and ordering from this restaurant under various management for many years, have to say that currently the food is very disappointing, seems like scrimping on produce to save money, yet the price is not cheap! Salt and pepper prawns, prawns were quite small, not king prawns as they usually are, the special friend rice had very little of anything special in it, more like just rice with a scattering of peas and corn. Very very disappointing

Highly recommended for anyone. Took my family of 4 here 2 kids and it was great. Service is very prompt. Staff are very polite. Food is just awesome. The place is super clean and tidy. Lot of seating and tables. Can go with a big gang of friends. Just amazing.

Served by people who didn't want to be there and treated you like an inconvenience. The qual was dry and old. Mongolian lamb was thickened with cornflour. The lemon chicken had no flavour. The Vietnamese coffee was lacking condensed milk. This restaurant is local for us. Pre covid we visited frequently. This was our first time here for awhile and we won't be back. We took a friend out to dinner as a thank you and were embarrassed by the poor quality. I can only think that the restaurant has changed owners. Do yourself a favour and choose another restaurant.

I gave 3 stars, because the food still deserved a stars and would highly recommend the foods. This is my 3rd dining experience with nga’s kitchen. We came around 9:30pm, And asked if they can still accommodate us for dine in and the Guy with a hair colour looked at his watch and pointed us to the table so it means yes, didn’t even smile at us Moving forward, We ordered after 5mins. Again food is amazing. After we eat, we asked for the dessert we ordered to just put it as take away. As we finished eating around 10pm. And we dont want to stay longer as we know they are almost closing. After we asked, He gave us this very disrespectful look. So i just let it get away with it because maybe he’s just tired still not a reason to be disrespectful Then i got my dessert, And gave me the WRONG one. Ordered pineapple fritter instead gave me a banana. Point is, Eventhough how good and amazing their food is. If their staff were like that its not good. The lady in the cashier is very nice btw. P.S: there is a next customer and he did the same thing, looked at his watch etc. Mate if you dont want us to dine in bcos you guys are going to close soon just tell us. There is nothing wrong with that. Instead giving the attitude is not nice.

Always used to come here the Quality in food has dropped alot since before. We came with family a month ago, food was flavourless and dry. Tonight we ordered beef pho take away there was 2 peices of beef. The broth was sweet. Food is unauthentic. We ended up ordering pizza from another place since we were hungry still. Will stick to Rasa Yong from now on in lynbrook, Won't be coming anymore unfortunately.

Very tasty food. Ordered with Uber Eats. Was rather shocked, after paying $21 for bbq pork ribs, there was 6 small pieces in the container. Feel rather ripped off

Didn't excite us at all. The Prawn crackers were probably the best part of the take away experience. The Pork was like KFC oh and the dipping sauce was none existent , the Beef Pho was boiled flavorless zzzzt and the Lemon Grass Chill Prawn has 5-6 prawns with onions, but not veggies...? It missed the mark completely....
