Hampton park Thai Restaurant

I have been eating here for the past 3 years and over the years its been fantastic.. but ever since new management took over their service has gone down hill. Food is still nice but the service is absolutely disgusting there is a tall lady that works there 7 days a week. She is always angry and never has a smile in her face. Absolutely sick of her service not friendly at all.

Really impressed with our meals. Will definitely be back there soon. Meals were well priced and a decent size. I got to take the rest home in a container. Very good customer service also 😀😁

Told us it would be a 55 minute wait. Took over an hour and a half. Called the store and she told me they hadn't left yet and were now on their way. They said there was a car accident but still sent the driver that was in the accident. Driver then went to the wrong house and was obviously flustered. Poor guy. Didn't deliver our drink with food and had to go back again. They still sent the same driver instead of letting him calm down. By the time we got our complete order it was an hour and 50 minutes after ordering. Food itself was warm and coconut rice was not warm.

I bought some fried rice and puffs and they were lovely. Fried rice wasn't overly oily like in many other Asian places that I've been to. Don't UNDERESTIMATE their chille paste. That's one of the hottest that I've ever tried! 🔥 🔥 🌶 🌶

This restaurant used to be really good but since the management has changed the quality and taste of food has suffered. Though the staff is really good and very professional and that's the reason we are always back but haven't been there for a while now as had really bad experience last time Their stir fry dishes are almost same in taste and condiments. The vegetables aren't fresh and become quite soggy while served. Even the curries are a complete waste of money. Giving 2 stars only because of staff members but food wise only one star.
