This Newsagency is mostly serving Mags and Lotto.  Castle Towers Newsagency is clean, but with such a "GRAND" display of "SALE" items at the front, that makes it near impossible to reach the back of the shop if there are 1 or 2 people hanging around this stall.  The service is quick, with the feel of mechanical process. But not a bad service. However I have seen them chatting merrily to some locals. Giving me the perception that the Customer Service is there.  Prices are average, just like in every other Newsagency around any other shopping centre.  about 1/2 of the entire counter is dedicated to "lotto" and other services of that kind. It gives me the impression that their target market is those players, that may make a purchase on the side.  It is an ok place. It does what needs to be done. But there is nothing exceptional about it.

The middle aged lady with the striped red hair is soo rude!  You need to take a chill pill lady.  Will not go back!

Typical newsagent with gum, lotto tickets, newspapers etc. B'day Cards a tad bit pricy. Customer service great.
