There is a wide range of quality products, but I found the last few times I have called or been in to acquire something the staff have been quite short, borderlining on rude. 

Would like a bit more geniality when all I'm trying to do is give business and get into some great reading.

Love love love the store at North Rocks the staff are friendly, helpful & good stock knowledge. Plenty of variety for most age groups or kids at heart! 😉 my go to store for the grand kids
