The service was really terrible. I paid $70 for this and the nails are not even or straight. I do not recommend this place. I’m not happy with the result. They couldn’t focus and do my nails properly as they were really busy.

The lady who did my nails was rude throughout the service delivery. She applied polish partially on my nails not covering the whole nail, I asked her to cover the entire nail and she got rude, pulling my hands and twisting them funny . She still did not cover the entire nails and left me sitting while she disappeared to the back room. She did not come back and I sat there waiting to be serviced. I turned to call another staff who was two seats away from me and he ignored me. I called him 5 to 6 times and he just sat there on his phone ignoring me. I had to signal another staff who was 7 seats away from me to get service. Overall bad experience. Do not go there even desperate for a service. Poor customer service experience.Service:&nbsp;Manicure

Got my nails done here for a few times, the first few times were okay when the man was doing my nails but this time the lady filed my skin off to the point it was bleeding on 2 fingers.Service:&nbsp;Dip powder

They treat you like a kid, harassing people in front of me. Always talking in their language. Giving you cuts. If we are giving you our money, respect it and do your job nicely and professionally. Terrible and worst place to do your nails. They rushed into your pedicure session as they wanted to close the doors early, milkin  money from their customers in selling their products which has been sitting in the glass doors locked away for don’t know how long!Coloured my nails worst for sns! Uneven. Look terrible.and the staff are coughing..Omg! Never again to this place. I would not waste my time and money here again.unprofessional

I would not recommend anyone here the workers are very rude! Especially the guy that works there his attitude is disgusting towards his customers!!

I love the nail color. But my cuticle on left thumb hurts and was bleeding. The nailtech guy who did it wasn't really careful. I'm not sure if I would come back to this place again. This will be my first and last.
