I asked if they could cut long hair, the front desk attendant said to "sit anywhere, there are others also waiting". Waited 10min before I overheard another new customer asking for the wait time. A hairdresser said it would be around 30min. Waited 30min, without any attention and left. No queue system inattentive service.
I got my haircut earlier today, asked for a trim. The lady asked if I wanted my hair to be thinned out. I said “a little”. She ended up overly thinning my hair. My hair is SO thinned out. More than half of my hair thickness is gone!
male, first visit, covid I didn't talk much during hair cut, stylist respected that and didn't engage in awkward small talk . I did get charged at a lady's rate due to my longer hair, price board should reflect this price based on hair length. Otherwise pleased with the overall my experience and hair style outcome.
They tried charging me different prices for the same hair trim I got everytime! The staff don't listen and provide poor quality customer services and experience! The only time I was happy was when only one male staff gave me a trim and I felt that he truly cared for his job, otherwise just awful. They just care about quantities and coins. No passion whatsoever.
