Went with my 9 year old daughter who already had short hair for bit of a tidy up. Had a look at the price list on the side and it said Kids was $15, so ok... Then the lady came over and said it was $25 because it was girls hair not boys, boys hair was $15 but agreed since I was already there.... Then I had a look at the website and it says kids cut is only $10, where their sign says $15 but they charged me $25 for a small trim at best. Should have gone to a salon for that price and get it done properly instead a 10 minute trim it was 8 min by my watchService: Kids' cuts
Visited Stub Cuts Dandenong for a haircut. The place was very busy serving other customers and I was able to make an appointment booking. The lady did a great job with my haircut. Very pleased with the service and great price. Will be back next time.Service: Hairstyling
Extremely disappointed from service and on the top of it her rudeness was to another level. Not even sure how the lady got her qualifications for haircut. She did the worst haircut ever and when she was told to stop as it was getting even worse. Not only did she not apologise for her rudeness or accept the fact that she completely destroyed his hair, she didn’t give a refund either-not to get free haircut but to go fix it else where. She started screaming and threatening to call security on us. We had to take my 7 years old son to another haircut to fix her mess. My son had such bad haircut experience thanks to her.Service: Kids' cuts
After trying it twice, I can surely say this is one of the worst haircut saloons in dandenong. Ladies do not have patience, they don't understand what we say, I am not sure if they are professional hairdressers. Spoiled my hairstyle both times which now will take a long time It may be a year to get it into proper shape.
Disgusting service. They made me wait for 1.5 hours and when I came back after waiting for 1.5 hours she flat out refused me service saying that she had other customers to tend to. Mind you, these customers came AFTER me but because there were THREE of them she placed them before me. After I confronted her about this, she told me to put myself in her shoes and DIDNT even admit to her mistake nor did she apologise once throughout the ordeal. I am appalled. Will be telling all my friends about this horrible experience. Disgusting
Brought in a 4 year old. Said he wont do the buzz cut. Told him downstairs other shop would do it but i couldnt wait as they were busy. He said take the kid to them. I shouldnt have sworn at him but these guys , they had it coming. Walk past them on second floor and go to 2 others downstairs. Better people.
The worker gave an awful hair cut I would give a one star If I could. He gave a garbage hair cut we asked for medium on top but the hair was smaller then my nail and threatened to call the police. Very disappointed.Service: Hairstyling
Worst service I’ve received. Should’ve read the other reviews. Customer service is zero. Argued with my 16 year old son as he paid for his haircut before asking and was then told he needs to pay cash to pay the correct amount. Zero care take and as others also have said appeared that the electric shaver was blunt or low on charge because after the arguments I decided to get my haircut and it was the most painful experience I’ve ever had. Read the reviews first and go to any other place to have a haircut.
