Very nice and quite place. Very satisfied with my braids, the hairdresser did a very good job. I will definitely go there each time for my braids.
The lady who owns this company hasn’t been fair! I went in to get braids and the lady who did them was utterly disgraceful, she hardly said a word to me and refused to listen to me when I said I wanted my braids a certain way! I was complaining the entire way through and she completely ignored me. At the end the owner asked if I was happy and and I said yes even though I complained the entire way through it! I mean if I said no I wasn’t happy… my hair was done and there wasn’t anything they could do!!! Well it’s only day 3 and I’ve had an allergic reaction to the synthetic hair used for the braid extensions and my hair has literally fallen out of my braids!!!!! I called and complained and asked for a refund as I have had to take my braids out and it’s only day 3…. She refused to give me a refund even though I had plenty of photos of the scalp irritation and the hair fallen out of every single gel braids!!! I have had my hair done like this before 4 times all over Melbourne and by far this has been something I haven’t never experienced. I have done my hair twice here already and I absolutely love it. Save up ladies and gents because they are expensive. But they worth it though. They cost between $400 nd $500. Make an appointment for when it opens if you are going in for box braids. Because they take a long time. You can also take them out yourself. Follow a YouTube tutorial. They will show you how it's done, from removing braids to brushing dead hair out and cleaning it. After removal of extensions . The salon is close to the Dandenong train station and has a coffee shop just next door
Staff are lovely, they look after regulars and are much more affordable than other hairdressers. Been going there for years now and won't go anywhere else.

Loved my Dutch braids with extensions. I have multiple shades of colour in my hair and the mix of colour in the extensions complemented it perfectly. Great price too, very happy.
Absolutely love my braids, never had then before and they look amazing staff were super friendly and good at what they do. Will definitely be back
I travel 2 hours to get my Sons hair braided. great price, nice service Sarah always does an amazing job and my Sons Braids last at least 3 weeks to a month. Highly recommended :
