Really lovely and friendly when we needed to be seen on our holiday. Wish they were down here. The Doctor fit us in after they had closed on a Saturday and were just wonderful. The office it's self was so peaceful and relaxing. And the additionally to our needs on the day the doctor in 5 minutes helped with a issue my daughter had with her ears after for many years every other doctor had been directing us to the pharmacy to fix the problem. Would highly recommend. Wish I could find this level of care in Melbourne.

Fantastic customer service. I was on holiday in Port Douglas and phoned 30 mins after closing time. The receptionist was very friendly and accomodating and arranged for me to come down and see the Doctor straight away. After what would have been a long day for both, the staff remained professional and genuinely happy to help me. Thank you New Horizons PD. I would highly recommend you to anyone.

I tried to get into every Doctor even tried Atherton but no one could see me. New Horizons said to come in and they fitted me in within an 1hr so glad for these guys for helping me out when no one else would. The lady i seen was lovely and helpfull and so was the lady on the phone and in reception. Really lovely place
