So i went in here after work info and advise but because i wasnt linked in with centrelink this lady at the reception wouldnt assist me at all, i then requested her i.d. for my review which she viciously refused, when another woman came and offered some help, she gave me a list of more reliable job agencies. It seems they only have work for drug addicts and bludges who dont want to work, this place wasnt a very good start for looking towards decent jobs, they also should give struggling centrelink lords a break as well as our awesome native citizens as the vibe seemed really pressuring and that can be stressful and a bad experience.
The ladies I've been seeing face to face or talking to over the phone have been wonderful in the help and advice I've been receiving there. They're quite understanding with whatever problem you may have .
Nice and clean just that the receptionists need to know what they are doing. Wanted to send me to another place but I insisted my appointment was here.
Very helpful my consultant is just amazing very good at what she does makes thinks so much easier
Not hapoy with Earlville Cairns they have cost me jobs they hang up on my employer not once ever got me a interview
Untimel, unreliable, rude and down right pointless since they dont know how to assist people with obtaining a job.
they are all useless rude and wont help with finding anyone jobs the girl at the front desk was extremely rude the case worker louise is not helpful at all
