Our first time experience attending this centre was friendly and accomodating from the booking process to the front desk staff and finally meeting Dr James Mimnagh. . Dr James took the time to understand my daughter's concerns with compassion and genuine care. He did not rush us and was very informative. Finally, my daughter has found a doctor that truly cares, is thorough and professional. She left that appointment feeling positive and understood. Highly recommend

The reception staff and Drs at Neal Street Medical Centre are both efficient and empathetic.
