Professional & friendly!  All staff, from reception through to the nurses and doctors, are exceptional.   The premises are well laid-out.    I'm thankful to have a clinic like this in my home town.

I have been with Neal st Medical for over 8 years not only for myself and  my parents too. I have always been treated with respect and understanding from receptionist’s, doctors and Specialist.nI no longer live in Gisborne but still continue to go there.nBig thank you to all especially DrnNikhil Puppala

Look elsewhere!!nnI first came in with a condition which Dr Ran assumed he knew so I followed his advice for months even though treatment wasn’t responding.nnI repeatedly told him what I thought it could be to which he arrogantly scoffed and completely talked down to me… only after months later and getting a referral it turned out to be what I had suggested in the first place.nnHe absolutely does not listen to or respect his patients, and his lack of expertise reeks.nnHow many times can you keep having a patient come back and not offer any alternate solutions, and keep sticking to your clearly wrong assumption?nnI did switch doctors which clearly can’t be worse than Dr Ran but still an underwhelming experience.nnThey will also get you to book a consult for things that absolutely do not need a consult, just a cash grab.nnI have since started going to Gisborne Medical Centre, which is now quite clearly a class above Neal St.nnAvoid this place if you want quality medical advice, and as far as Dr Ran is concerned he should terminate his position before he puts others at risk.

I visited doctor Wednesday morning for a much needed prescription. She very kindly  read my file and noticed I was due for Shingles vaccination.  She also checked blood pressure and other issues and arranged for the shingles vaccination.  This was very helpful.

Dr Dahlia is a wonderful doctor. Very caring and thorough. The reception staff are always polite & helpful and the nursing staff are friendly and very professional. Highly recommend
