Able to get an appointment as a new patient the next day. Staff were amazing and friendly. Dr. Saw me on time and was very attentive and thorough. I need some blood taken and did not even have to wait. I could not recommend Gisborne Medical Centre more highly.
My son had what I thought was a bad cold or flu but the perceptive doctor took him for further analysis saying he didn’t look right, and found tonsillitis. So glad I was able to book in on the day and I trust any doctor they’ve put me and my kids with. The nurse was lovely too. Thank you!
Wonderful experience ! Doctor was very knowledgeable. Very prompt and efficient service. Needed a carers certificate and they gave it very quickly. Truly impressive!

Staff are always friendly, efficient and helpful. Doctors are knowledgeable, professional and your problems are treated with respect and addressed in a manner that makes you feel heard, understood and valued as a patient. I have been a patient here for over 33 years. Rod Guy was my physician and I was very pleased. He passed me on to Dr James Owen when he retired and I could not be happier.
