Came here today at Gisborne - 12NOV, Saturday at 9:15AM and I waited for 1hr and 7mins for my turn. The collector didn't get my blood samples because she couldn't find a form which supposed to be attached with my referral. She said she's from Woodend and the form was supposed to be on their folder. She advised me to come back on Monday, so I basically wasted my time waiting. The collector is nice but they should have been more organised.
Wonderful, caring staff who treat you as an individual. The branch I go to at Gisborne, Victoria, are kind and welcoming and very efficient as well. Highly recommended.
