We ordered & paid for stone cladding on the Friday and were advised there wasn't any stock available so we would have to return to the shop on Monday once they obtained the stock. 
My husband called on the Monday to confirm the stock had been delivered as we live an hour away and wanted to be sure before he made the trip. He was advised to come at 2:00pm which he did.
Upon arrival the owner scurried outside and sheepishly gave him a small box of cladding that had been sitting outside in the sun which had ruined the plastic backing. It was literally breaking apart as he picked it up.
Not only that, it wasn't even a quarter of our order!!
 They had promised to order some in and would deliver it free of charge as they were aware he travelled an hour to pick up the stock they told him would be available! Sure enough, we phoned after 3 days of no contact to be advised they couldn't get any in and a month later I am still waiting for our refund!!

Would not recommend you shop there. Poor service and a very poor experience.

We ordered rainbow sandstone for both inside and outside, the stone is beautiful. 
We did have to wait a while for our custom-sized pavers so check with the store if you are ordering custom sizes.

As a novice tile purchaser I am so relieved to be able to write a more than favourable review. Moses and inhouse stonemason Ross guided me through my selection and installation which was raw Spanish Terracotta, as a "forever" decision I entered into this with a healthy amount of intrepidation and trust.

I am very pleased that I chose the company’s full service: quality tiles, excellent service and full installation. 

A lot of the credit does go to the company’s in house stonemason, Ross. His customer service, eye for detail and skill at looking outside the ‘box’ does enhance the company’s reputation.

I have no hesitation in recommending the Natural Stone Gallery for customer service, quality tiles and laying products. I believe they want the best outcome for the consumer and are prepared to forego a quick outcome for a quality result.
