My mother’s plaque was manufactured, and then put directly into storage due to a misunderstanding we cannot fathom has happened. We have tried to chase up several times over the past few months, wasting a lot of our time and energy at something that evidently was not properly followed up. Ordering and managing plaque installations should be a simple and straightforward process, but this was lengthened significantly and made a distressing matter by various parties at this cemetery.nnAlthough the matter has been resolved, this should not have happened in the first place. Grieving family members should not be responsible for chasing up the plaques of their loved ones.nnMy concern seems to have been echoed across other reviews here as well - I think it is time this cemetery steps up and provides better support and formal warnings for the staff managing this process.

Disgusting to have the bobcat/digger actively digging my great aunts grave a mere 15 minutes before the start of the graveside funeral. Incredibly insensitive and inappropriate. My grandmother is buried near by and we wished to visit her before the funeral but due to the digging ongoing we weren't allowed. On top of that all the grass was so unkempt. Not good enough for the morning of a funeral.
Terrible. The live stream was shameful- chopping out chunks of the service all over the place, distressing relatives who were too unwell to attend but tried to watch.nThe visuals that were supposed to be shown with the hymn were not shown and the wrong photo of the deceased was put up on the screen.nYou would think for the price paid, they could try a bit harder.
Christiney Foo has been amazing from the start. We purchased the lot a while ago and as and she went out of her way as part of the after sales service with having the headstone and interment arranged, even with our last minute requests. Thank you.
