I cannot thank Vanessa and the team at Guardian Funerals enough for their compassion and professionalism. She went above and beyond to ensure every detail was handled with empathy and respect, making a very difficult time feel a little lighter. I recently used Guardian for my mother's funeral and I can't speak highly enough of them. Everything was taken care of in an extremely professional and caring manner by Nicole and the team. They met and exceeded our requirements. Would also highly recommend Father Nicholas Rynne if you require a Catholic service.

We are so incredibly grateful for the care and compassion shown by Ian from the Guardian Team. From beginning to end, the service was handled with great professionalism, but what stood out most was Ian’s personal attention and heartfelt kindness.nnHe went above and beyond to assist my grandfather, who has very limited mobility, helping him with great care to and from the church service. At the burial site, Ian showed deep compassion by bringing the soil directly to my grandfather so he could take part in the burial - a gesture that meant so much to our family.nnWhat touched us even more was Ian greeting us traditionally in Fijian and treating us with the utmost respect and cultural sensitivity during our time of mourning. His attention to detail, thoughtfulness, and genuine care made a difficult day feel a little lighter and full of love.nnThank you, Ian, and team at Guardian, for honouring our family and our loved one with such grace.
