ONE star from me. Staff member whilst serving & chewing gum, had to take instant phone call on his mobile. I was left standing with no explanation at all, therefore after waiting over 5 mins I departed from the store. Returned a few days later, to be survived by same ‘gum chewer’. Choosing tiles for the first time is a thoughtful & important procedure...to be told twice by ‘gum chewer’ to just “smile!” was most definitely NOT APPRECIATED😡

There should be an option for 0 Star. Went in very confused as it was our first tile shopping experience but everyone refused to help us. One lady would just come over, say something then disappear off to chat to her colleagues again.

Ordered tiles for our kitchen splash back, after being told Friday, which then ended up being Monday. We called asking if they were ready after a few back and forths and being told they were transferred(we think), we drove to Strathpine to collect. When we approached the counter, a lady told us who said they were in? We said we had been called to collect by reception. She said Okay well drive around the back and I'll get someone to bring them to you. Drove around the back to be greeted by what looked like a receptionist and a salesman having a smoke, as I jumped out my car they both said nothing ignored me and just wander off leaving me standing there. After a few moments later I seen the first lady from reception and another forklift driver loading something up on a pallet. The lady came over and said yup we found them. The forklift guy brought over 6 wet looking bashed up boxes on the forklift and then let me unload them into my car as he sat on the forklift. We had our tiler showing up in a hour so we got them back to the city without really checking them and as we have never ordered tiles thought tile boxes might just look like that. Once home we unboxed a few tiles to help the tiler. The tiles we had received looked more like second hand or even recycled trash. Even the best looking ones if we appiled the black grout it would have made them worse. We had to send our tiler off and organise another date. Upon calling National Tiles they offered no apologies just excuses and that they shouldn't have looked like the ones we got. The guy that even helped replace was rude and extremely lazy acting as by him helping us was equal to him giving a kidney. As for a review I would recommend spending a extra $4 and go to Uptiles or Beaumonts especially if your new to the reno game and are unsure of what is right and what isn't. See attached pictures of what they tried to pass off as our order. National Tiles more like National Disgrace.

We visited National Tiles before Christmas to find a tile to go through our whole house and also tiles for features. Simon could not have been more helpful. On returning in February to order the tiles we had a couple of problems with areas that were odd sizing. Again a lot of time was put into helping us find solutions. Tiles were delivered on time by a very helpful delivery man. Could not fault our experience at National Tiles and would definitely recommend.

Thank you National Tiles Strathpine. After searching the northside of Brisbane we found the range and quality of your tiles to be the best. The friendly service and prompt delivery of our tiles was most appreciated.
