Johnny and his team are always very helpful and patient when dealing with your bathroom needs. Prices are very competitive to the public , with frequent sales and specials and even better for tradies. Convenient location with plenty of parking. I will definitely be back. JP
Excellent service from the manager at Highgrove recently. He helped us pick out the best matching fixtures for our current bathroom given we can't afford a full reno right now. These little modern touches make the whole bathroom feel fresh and modern. Thanks so much Highgrove!
Had a great experience with this store. We were doing a complete bathroom reno and didn’t know where to start. The store manager, Cam, was really helpful and patiently took us through the showroom to pick out everything we needed. He also referred us onto a builder specialising in bathroom renos who was fantastic and did a high quality job. The Highgrove products are great quality and Cam went above and beyond for us. We have no hesitation recommending these guys
Had the best experience at Highgrove Bathrooms Lawnton. The most outstanding thing I noticed was a greeting with a smile .Their display room looks awesome, really helpful staff. I didn't give them much notice & they didn't disappoint getting the order in for me within 24hrs. Good job team keep up the great customer service.
Customer service with the Lawnton team has been simply excellent. No fuss, they work with you and have a great knowledge of their products. Would highly recommend both the staff and their products. It’s been a pleasure dealing with them
WOW! We have never experienced customer service at this level. The showroom is the biggest in Brisbane & is stunning. The range is comphrensive & the sales people are extremely knowledgeable. Extremely happy to recommend Highgrove Bathrooms. You cannot do better.
Look I do not like negative posts but. Do not buy the shower screens they are cheap for a reason. This was fitted correctly by some one that has fitted these for years. Buyers beware when asking for warranty..
Staff and management have been excellent. Would not go any where else for all bathroom and laundry hardware. Lawnton is the place to go if you want that great service and they do go that extra mile with a smile.
Have come on two occasions for supply of all materials for our two bathrooms and not only have the materials been fantastic quality and beyound competitive price, but the service has been nothing short of amazing. Highly recommend this store to anyone who asks
