Worst customer service. The rep needs more training and people skills. Her tone was condensing and started yelling to ger her point across and there was no need for it. Yelling across the front desk doesn't mean your correct.
Absolutely rude, can't do their jobs right, rude management, got lied too. I recommend not going to this National Storage. All they want is your money.
Payment is one day late as we tried a new BPay payment option and they removed our access. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES LEAVE YOUR GOODS HERE. They then made us pay $30 on the spot to get access. NO ONE WOULD ANSWER A PHONE CALL NOT EVEN THE EMERGENCY NUMBER. Should of left the car blocking the access gate over the weekend . Apparently policy is to CUT OFF ACCESS if the payment is 3 days late but they only charge a late fee after 7 days. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY if you value access.
Units are very clean and tidy, Management are absolutely wonderful, nothing was too hard for them, they went out of their way to help us move a few things we couldn't do by ourselves and definitely make you feel more than welcome. entry and exit to storage centre very easy and secure. tea and coffee provided. clean toilet/shower. very good opening hours. reasonably priced. will definitely recommend to everyone and will definitely use this facility again ourselves if needed. I have just rented my third unit through these guys and I have found them to be the most helpful and accommodating people. Maria and Hunter are both incredibly nice folk who don't mind going the extra mile for you. You get the great old fashioned customer service from this wonderful couple and their staff and a cup of tea or coffee/ or chilled water while doing the paperwork or even if you are just dropping in. Whilst I am living in this area, these guys will be my first choice every time. They are always the first people I recommend to others. So if you are looking for truly great service with equally great facilities, look no further. If you need a trailer or a truck just let them know. You will find them just as outstanding as I have. Call them, you won't regret it. Oh and after you have rung and booked with them, tell your friends and write a review, it's the least you can do for them.
I stalled my furniture here over a 2 years period. I do appreciate the service that was given to me however i wish that i was informed or told that i should have wrapped up my furniture, mattress and TV in plastic wrapping because now my items are all covered in dust and black mold. I think that it would be a very good idea for National Storage to update their website and give customers advice prior to putting their furniture into storage that it needs to be airtight wrapped up in plastic.
One of the worst rental companies i have come accross. Offer you a cheap rates then immeadiatly start increasing fees throught the tennancy. Then when you leave do not refund any prorata amounts owing to you. Very poor company to deal with.
