Storage King Salisbury

My belongings went from Sydney to Salsibury, and I wasn't there to receive it. The staff were super helpful regarding keys. Great old fashion service that leaves you feeling totally taken care of. thanks you!

Service with a smile! The staff at Storage King in Salisbury are efficient, effective and very helpful. I booked two sheds, purchased 30 boxes and all of the required accessories. No question or request was too difficult and all responses were provided with a smile. First class customer service!

I use their service for more than 14 months now. The staff are very friendly I thought. But since September the storage Unit changed the price, they sent me an Email, and it went through the junk mail, so I didn't read it. On the 10th October 2017, the management sent me a text saying my balance is 35 dollars, so I called the receptionist right away to avoid misunderstanding and asked the price. I was very polite but the receptionist is yelling on the other side of the phone and blaming me to pay 35 dollars. She acts like she is a bill -collector and the power disbalance I can sense easily from her tone. I called her 9 O'clock, now all my morning ruined. She is the one who is saying all the words,every time I want to say something, she answered her question for me ( seems like she has no time to listen). Her action is scary when she is on the phone. I understand people have attitudes, but please don't do it in the early morning. Please be friendly. I really like storage king, and I told my friends so much good words of your company and how helpful your staff are, but it really surprised me this time.

Were extremely helpful with finding a suitable unit for my storage needs. Great customer service, would recommend this facility.

Excellent service experience all round. Marc Leong stayed back to help me sign up and then advised me of promotional discounts that I could use that I wasn't even aware of. Glen made booking and using the free moving truck easy and all worked out well. Personable and accommodating staff - don't see that much these days..... Richard
