Researched so many car transport companies and finally decided on Melcrest, so glad we chose right. I dropped my car off within 24 hours of making a payment and the car was on the truck and on its way to Brisbane the next day. Amazing :) I had anticipated delivery within 14 working days and it was in Coolum Beach (drop off door service) within 5 working days. 
Great customer service from the guys in the office, flexible and considerate. Excellent value for money also. Highly recommend.

I was extremely concerned about sending our 1 and only car from Cairns in far nth Queensland to Brisbane, Qld. 1)That this company is a long established family business appealed to me. 2)They operate long distance in remote areas according to their website. I reckoned they had to be successful or no longer in business.
I am totally satisfied with all they said and all they did. The pickup was actually at my residence in Cairns WOW. The delivery was near the motel we are staying at WOW,  until settled in Brisbane. The car was  unmarked and was transported 3 days, nearly 2000km. You can't ask better than that. Thanks guys. You get 5 stars...... Reader I recommend the company, the service and the drivers 100%. And I am unanimous in that 😃😃

We just wanted to say a very big thank you to Melcrest and the team. From the first phone call, the emails to the day of delivery it was all such a great service. Thank you for making the experience of getting our car so easy going, professional and pleasant. Thanks to Tom, Murrie and the friendly delivery man (Alan from memory). So happy after waiting 3 weeks to get our car with cyclones, floods and to get him on Easter Friday we were so grateful. Thanks guys. I highly recommend this company they have very competitive prices and excellent service.

A huge thanks to Tom and the rest of the team at Melcrest. They ensured that my vehicle arrived safe and sound from Darwin to Brisbane. Always happy to provide extra information and go above and beyond. Great people and a great price.
