When you work out your wages and what it costs you to work for capital. You'll  realise that your probably better off on the doll. I do 10 - 12 hours per day on the road 5 days a week and I am lucky to clear $300 after fuel and expenses. How am i suppose to maintain my vehicle, pay my bills, keep 100% condition straps and vehicle. and somehow keep food in my house for my family. Before i am done working with this company. I will be seeing to it that something gets done about this. Its unacceptable on any level. 

We are not slaves capital transport.

Service in the furniture store was good in store, but don't ever pay for delivery.  The delivery company, Capital Transport, is unreliable and can't accomodate any customer requests.  The store promised us afternoon delivery because we both work, and then I get a message from the trnasport company saying 7 am to 1 pm delivery.  And when I queried it, the shop tells me they can't decide times or morning and afternoon runs, they can only choose days, and I have to arrange times with the transport people.  And when I phone the transport company, they recon they can only deliver when they have a run, we don't have a choice.  The shop says one thing, the delivery company says another thing.  What kind of service is this?  I AM ACTUALLY PAYING THEM!  And I have to be the one most inconvenienced by this whole exercise.  Seriously???

Terrible unreliable service. I Dont recommend. Operators are rude and uncooperative and don't communicate with each other at all and expects u to wait all day without communication on eta. Delivery people are unprofessional. Left dirty marks on the carpet and damaged a door getting mattress in room.

Had a mattress delivered today, driver called my phone rather than knock at the door. I was out but wife was home with a dead phone, he would rather argue with me that talk to her when she came out to find out who was yelling in front of the house. Dropped both the c-bomb and the f-bomb and ended up leaving the parcel in the driveway.

Cheap rates aren't worth the risk of a muppet like that being in charge of delivering your goods.
