Avijit from NPFS has been an absolutely star broker. He has helped me to secure a loan for my first home when I was new to Australia and didn't know how things worked here. Subsequently, he has proactively helped me refinance my loans with the best offer available in the market per my situation. This helped me save good amount of dollars which I would have lost during the series of rate rises in 2022. From day 1, he focused on building long term meaningful relationship and now is more of a friend than broker. I highly recommend Avijit for home loan purpose.

My experience with Shri Rao of NPFS was excellent. With Shri, you will find a passionate broker who knows his stuff, who kept communicating at every step and explained each process. I went with Shri to refinance my loan and he researched excellent offers from different banks based on my requirements and recommended a product which suited us better which had low fees, no annual fees and good interest rate at that time. Shri allowed us the time that we needed to decide. I was surprised that my refinance settlement within 2 days of signing the application.
