This restaurant is way below Nando’s standards. I’ve been here a few times and I have always found something wrong with the service: chicken was often broken into pieces by the staff on the grill, undercooked meat and/or with not enough sauce on it. One day I have received a portion of chips that was less than half of what you would normally get. Tables and chairs are often left dirty with leftovers all over the place. Definitely not coming here anymore.

Great service and friendly staff, just too much lettuce and little of everything else, otherwise good.

Customer service was pathetic, ordered half a chicken with chips and the chicken seems to look like it was bought from the supermarket next door. The store owner has no sense of customer service, he didn’t even give us a table number and told us to go sit down. I wouldn’t recommend going to this restaurant because you get treated like dirt and no refund was given when we told him that the food was not upto scratch. We ended up going to nandos in Braeside and I would rate them 10/10.

Biggest portions of any Nandos I've been to. Still a pricy menu but the food is so yummy I usually overlook that. Nice little joint with open windowed front.

Meal was bad very poor sevice and mixed up order. What were told we could not have what we asked for, so ee ordered differently and got served what we asked for in the first place. Chairs are ripped and not very well maintained i would not bother going back to this store. I will be making a formal complaint to Nando's head office in the next 24 hours
