How all Nandos should be, out of all the Nandos I've been to, this one is the best thus far! Staff was very welcoming, showed attention to detail and repeated the order to double check to make sure everything was correct Front of house provided a table very swiftly and was always around if needed Food! arrived quicker than usual which is a surprised as other Nandos do tend to take very very long, a great crisp to the chicken! No hard rice like others and the chips was evenly seasoned Great job Nandos Camberwell!
The food was lovely and the ambience was warm and cosy. Wish the staff smiled more but the manager was very lovely. Provided activities sheets for the kids. Overall, a fantastic place to eat out.
I visited Nandos in Camberwell and had half a chicken very spicy, chips and rice with a large glass of chardonnay. The ambiance was good and the staff were very friendly. The portions were quite large compared to some other Nandos I have been to.
Overall , the food was good as usual and the new garlic barbecue flavour is delicious. There was a problem with my order as it came out a bit after the other person who I was with as they had misplaced my ticket order I’m not exactly sure , however , it was sorted very quickly and the staff were very attentive and kind . The person I was with ordered a 1/4 and it initially he was given breast , he requested for a leg and this was easily and quickly changed for him . Good service .
If you value warm food and good service or wish to pay with cash do not attend!! Me and my other half love Nando’s and were in London for the day we were greeted by very rude staff stating we had to order through the app and they could not take cash or order over the till. We requested a takeaway as we were in a rush and we were given an eat in which happens, unfortunately when we requested a takeaway the staff member signed and rolled their eyes as they took the food away. Every request was a bother with staff constantly sighing and rolling their eyes food was cold and burnt honestly would of sent it back if we weren’t in such a rush to leave as we felt so unwelcome and an intrusion to the staff. The fact 3 groups of people had all complained to staff in the short duration we were their speaks for itself really. Would rate 0 if I could the experience has put me off of Nando’s for a while now unfortunately.
Food was top notch, but the one star is for the lack of management intervention during customer altercation. Management needs to organize cashiers to have one service take out orders and one for diners. The lack of "management" that day was disappointing to say the least.
Not too busy on a Sunday afternoon which was surprising. Haven't been in such a while that a few things on the menu have changed and my preference is for the original. Chicken in Pitta is now pieces instead of a fillet and it had has a herb sauce which is overpowering, so didn't finish it. The servers were lovely and friendly. Kid-friendliness: High chairs available for the babies and children's parties accommodated.
Food great and very good value especially in the present economic climate. Staff were friendly and helpful despite being short staffed. The kids loved it especially.Food: 4/5
visited about 3 hours ago.. very nice and polite staff.. really nice waiters and really top notch security staff nice and polite.. amazing place! the two girls in the kitchen really beautiful
Food is as expected, but the last 2 times we ordered from here, they got the order wrong didn't include a main once, and gave us a pita sandwich without the chicken - just salad. It was rectified, but we did have to go back to them as we didn't realise it had happened till we got home.Food: 4/5
