TERRIBLE!!!!! It all started when I stood there to order and was ignored by someone wiping the fridge down, then someone had to come from out the back to serve me. chips were nothing like the renouned 'nandos peri peri chips' they were undercooked and still taste like a potato! Not to mention gave me a stale bun and the wrong burger. What a mess!!!!!!!! Will be making a formal complaint to nandos head office. I made a formal complaint to head office after this... the store called me and said they would give me a credit..... so I called the next day, ‘oh sorry our manager isn’t in can I get him to call you back’ 6 months later no call back hahahaha!!! This place should be closed down

Terribly slow and seriously overpriced. The chicken on my pita was tiny. Not worth visiting. The staff couldn't handle 3 orders at the same time.

Chips were seriously under cooked like soggy undercooked, missed my coke the whole chicken was just charcoal, salad was just thrown together no time taken and the mild base was less to be desired tbh never going back. Better of making the trip to the hyperdome thats nandos worth paying for.
