Poor experience. The decor is really nice and upmarket. However, there are no paper menus except for drinks. Mobile phone only for ordering food using a QR code. I have a Ph.D in engineering, and still found it quite fiddly to get it working. And the online experience is clunky. Alcoholic drinks have to be ordered manually. Ok. However, I was told that the online order needed to be processed to see if my meal "qualified" for a drink. I ordered a $15 "All in" burger. Apparently, this doesn't qualify as a substantial meal. Nowhere else in Australia would this NOT count as a substantial meal, even more silly since their main meals are essentially chicken burgers! I am not sure if the staff have discretion on this point. If they do, then they need retraining. If they don't, then HQ needs to get with the program. And why not build the function of "qualifying" into the online ordering? The software could easily determine if the food "qualifies" for a drink order and the staff can assess the age of the customer when they serve the food and drink. The joyless experience continued. I waited about 20 minutes for my order in a restaurant with only 2 other people in it. There is no indication of whether your order has registered or any display saying where it is in the system. When the food finally came, the chicken filling was about 50 grams. I don't need a huge meal, but the filling was not much more than a chicken "tender". I politely asked a staff member if the filling was meant to be that size, and he said it was a breast and that was the size. Properly trained staff would have offered to fix it, or add something complimentary. Perhaps it was quail? Anyway, it tasted alright, but I felt like I was eating an expensive salad roll rather than a chicken burger. This store and Nandos need to pull up their socks. There are plenty of great places to eat in this neighbourhood, and I won't be going back there in a hurry.
Happy to be back to eat Nandos! They were very consistent with their taste, and the staffs were very helpful. This particular restaurant in Nedlands is the upgraded version with all digital order & payment I dont know any other Nandos restaurant that has been upgraded Ambience was nice and very cool inside restaurant even though it was hot outside. Price is average as normal Nandos would be, but there’s a different condiment arrangement here. They do not have Mild Sauce condiments in the condiment bar, but they had Salad Dressings ??? Maybe they have menu changes? Nonetheless, happy to be eating here again and recommend everyone to visit.
There was a boy on register who absolutely had no idea what he was doing . I ordered online dine-in by app. Good food though. Vegetarian options: Yes Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options
The food was awesome. For lunch I had the grilled chicken tenders and a half chicken with mild sauce. It was the best I have eaten. The service staff looked to be under pressure it was Anzac Day and our order was very late. The service staff on out table seemed particularly rushed and frustrated poor thing.Food: 5/5
Great to hang around once in a while in Nedlands near the Stirling highway. So delicious chicken barbecue close to Filpino dish. A bit burnt chicken for the kids though. Overall, it was a great place to dine or take away.Food: 4/5
Staff not professional and rude . I had been to couple of nandos but this one is worst because i ordered lot of time vegetarian paella by delivery I found two times piece of chicken in that and one time I had went for dine in they didn’t took the order on counter. Staff told me to place the order on table by mobile phone app . That’s totally ridiculous if the person doesn’t have smartphone thats totally disrespectful for them .
The restaurant was empty. Was not allowed to order a take away over the counter. Took 10 mins to use the app then the food took 25 mins to prepare. We had to ask for our food and staff was rude. Chips were cold too.Food: 2/5
Very disappointing experience. Chicken was burnt and chips was brown, I asked to change, waitress argued that’s how they come out of oil. Chicken was charcoal burnt, I never asked for it to be charcoal burnt! Not happy at all with the poor service. Standards are falling down due to careless. Staff needs customer service training, very rude, refusing to listen to the customer. I certainly won’t be retuning to this brunch!
Worst ever. Firstly yesterday you gave me chicken instead of vego in my uber eats so I couldn't eat my lunch. Today I thought I'd give you another go to redeem your self instore. Except you refused to serve me and pointed to a QR code. I was forced to try and order online. I couldn't get it to work and I really didn't want to set up an account and when I pushed guest I couldn't get my card entered before it was wiped and page refreshed. I had a very short break with no time to faph about. I became stressed and really just wanted to place and order and pay with my card but no one would help me so I wasted my lunch break and had to walk out as no one would help me. So nandos nedlands for a 2nd day in a row im left hungry. I would give you zero stars but that's not an option. From a very hungry cranky person. Please try have better customer service in future. And understand not everyone wants to be on thier phones all the time. Very upsetting
I hate to be negative as I'm a service person myself, but this is the worst nandos I've ever been to. I was in the area and was wanting nandos, first walked in and it's quite messy despite not being that busy, to be fair the guy on the floor is doing his best and was friendly to us. Looked for a menu and they were no where to be found. Asked the guy and he said there is only 2 or 3 and he doesn't know where they are and to use our phones. He does eventually find one but we had already looked online at this point. I'm using the site and it won't let us checkout, again. I've always had issues with the app. Not a big deal, not the stores fault. So I go up to the counter to order. The girl looks at me like I'm crazy and asked what I want. I asked to order and she said you have to order from the QR codes. Even though it wouldn't let me. They had an eftpos system and everything and did not say it was broken. Just refused to serve me. She said she would try to help but it just wasn't working as it never is and she said I don't know what to do to help and walked away. What if older people wanted to order? What if they don't have a phone? Not friendly. Ruined my day.
