Friendly staff and great coffee. Unfortunately only serve food in the fridge , no cooked breakfast but definitely come back for their coffee

We bought 2 coffees from here this afternoon, coffees are always amazing. However, this time there was a girl with long blonde curly hair with tattoos on her arm at the cashier who was extremely rude. She should really be trained on how to speak to customers, as she certainly lacks manners and tact. We certainly wouldn't be coming back here again even though we love the coffees and are regulars. What a shame, very disappointed.

Awesome tea place also has coffee. They have delicious earl grey and can do take out and dine in. They accept credit cards and are willing to bring the tea to your table, even if it was farther away we were sitting at The Globe, down the stairs. The staff is very friendly.

The coffee has gone downhill in the last couple of months. Now bitter and burnt. The chai blend is gritty.Service: 5/5

Good coffee. Really good service. I was in Perth for a week and by the second day they knew my order and asked for my name. They have a great selection of treats and lunch wraps. The coffee is not bad as well. I order a ristretto and it was served with chilled sparkling water. The blend didn’t have as many sweet tones as I like but overall it was really good. I would definitely recommend this place.

I run a local business that sees a lot of traffic and whenever anyone asks where the best coffee is around here - Max & Sons is always my answer. Caitlyn, Adam, Liv and Rob are super friendly and run a great coffee shop. Keep it up guys!

Great coffee, food and cool staff. Location is convenient and they offer a great mix of healthy and unhealthy lunch, breakfast and tea options. Great music too. Good place for a coffee catchup.

Heard the news of Lilly, the manager, leaving today and was pretty heartbroken. She is the reason why I come every morning aside from the coffee I get. The service of the new guy who had served me was underwhelming with his poor customer service in comparison to Lilly. Lilly makes the effort to not just remember my name and regular order, but everyone else’s, who walks through the door each morning. She never fails to greet them with a big smile on her face and I wholeheartedly believe this is why everyone keeps coming back, not just for the coffee, but for the experience they get with her every morning. Max + Sons just lost a regular customer, and I believe more to come as they realise Lilly won’t be around anymore.
