The service has gone down hill over the years. We are due to travel first week of December so took my uncle in for check up as usual before we travel. Was told by Dr Brown to go to Pacific Radiology to get a check scan anytime . That was nearly 2 weeks ago. Finally managed to get day off work to take him just to get told by Pacific Radiology that they never received  referral from Naenae Medical centre. We went back to them this morning and they confirmed that the notification was never sent out which is unacceptable  especially when we pay money to see them. We should not have to come back to check to see if you have done what we paid you to do. Do better!!

I've been going to NaeNae Medical Centre since 2003, 21 years. Besides of late longer times to see the Doc, I've always been looked after. All the staff are polite and attentive to my heath so I will give them 5 stars!

CAUTION  They will overcharge you and can't grasp the simplest fundamentals of health care.  You will be constantly on the phone waiting upto an hour or more, just to have corrections to scripts or even to insure the correct medication is being prescribed.nnSometimes you will have to yell or complain just to get your medication as they can't understand the monthly blister pack required a new script because they just changed your medication.

Fantastic support staff at the reception area, and some wonderful doctors as well.  One grumpy nurse, but the rest are fantastic. Very happy with the practice as a whole and have recommended to friends to move to this practice and they have, and they are also a lot happier with their medical needs being met, and feeling that the doctor is listening to them.
