If I could give this branch zero stars I would. The employees are never consistent with opening hours or service. I have went multiple times where they are either closed early or opened late. Lunch breaks are supposedly 30 minutes but I have personally waited for 1+ hours many times. Employees are rude and unprofessional I have been disrespected multiple times including being asked to leave the bank for the employees to go on their breaks which last much longer than 30 minutes. However what takes the cake is being racially profiled. 3 minutes after “closing” even tho they opened an hour late and had a 1+ hour lunch break on my third trip to this branch today the manager who is Asian proceeds to let 2 Asian people ahead of me and stops me stating she cannot serve me. I proceeded to inform her I desperately needed to put money in the bank and I would deposit 10k in the atm but I need them to deposit the rest as I had a payment coming in. I was told “ I can’t do anything the bank has closed and our balances have been settled “. Obvious lies. If it weren’t for the necessity and the fact that I get charged a fee for overdrawn accounts I would have left and respected the rules. However the fact that she had let 2 people of her ethnicity in even tho the bank was “closed” and there accounts had been “balanced” after me and the man who was also turned away attempted to speak to the manager she then proceeded to threaten calling the police. Absolutely disgusted.
I can't figure out why every time I do business at nab I leave unhappy. Although I did not speak good English, I was treated with patience and kindness in other banks. However, nab Bank, from opening an account in ashfield the girl who opened the account also spoke the same language to making a fixed deposit in burwood, I always bothered by long waiting time, low efficiency, unfriendly and impatient communication... I want to withdraw all my money and stop using nab Bank, and mobile banking software is often problematic...
Please put some employees in front/help desk so that we do not have to wait in a queue for small things. There was Just two employees in teller and no staff in front desk that’s why I waited for 1 hour. Please improve customer service. Thank you
I would give a zero. Smart atm would not work. Waited in line over 30mins just to make deposit, during my lunch time. Very unwelcoming staff, did not acknowledge customers. I would be spoken to from my employer if i worked like them!!!!!When I finally got to first in line staff member went to serve her friend who just arrived!!!!!!! Spoke in her language.......ALL I WANTED TO DO IS DEPOSIT A CHQ . What has happened to customer service,???????its disgusting
So ridiculous that the staff telling me a bank is running out coins, I’m the client of this bank but not the business account, so they refused to exchange to me? I gonna leave this bank forever
Horrible and RUDE BURWOOD NAB Branch!!! I was yelled by the Lebanese lady in Burwood branch yesterday “get out” and torn apart the bank cheque slip I filled in. I was in shock and left as I have my 10 years old child with me. I called my banker who looked after my business and home loan immediately. I transferred my 3m loan to CBA and closed all my NAB account. It’s in the process at the moment. This is how NAB loses customers! The Chinese and Indian lady who work in the teller are kind patient though. They should not bear the complain. NAB BURWOOD NSW branch, your staff not only professional, but violent. Next extent, I would call police. I have filed complaint to NAB headquarter and requested apology in person.
Just came out of this branch, I supposed to ask some questions regarding my home loan account, the lady was very impatient and used only a few words got me away. The Asian staff in Rhodes branch was much better than this Burwood branch, but Rhodes branch is closed today.
I had the worst customer service experience with NAB in general, wasted hours in the phone line and they direct my call across different department. Eventually line was cut off!!! why can not one call fix my issues? is that difficult???
Just been there, trying to open an account for my little home business. I could do it online In minutes, but just wanted to get some useful advice, like which card I should get and their differences. But the staff keep saying “I don’t know, i don’t know, it all up to you”. It was so disappointed, no professional people there to help.
They misspelled my name so I had to change my debit card. They gave me 3 DIFFERENT CARDS with the same wrong name in 3 weeks. Now I still have no card to make any transactions : Should have gone to other banks for opening an account.
