Absolutely terrible service. Had an appointment at 11am and over an hour later I still haven’t been seen. They prioritise the customers they seem to be important and will put them ahead of you in the queue to be served without any hesitation. I’m still waiting to be served now and it doesn’t look to be any closer to happening.
Excellent service. Eric was a star. Sorted me out within 10 minutes. Don’t know about all the 1 star reviews, my experience has been lovely .
Terrible experience. Purposely took off from work and got kick out. Asked to come tomorrow when they are closing 45 mins later. Said no walk in today. Sent me out to another branch which is closed down temporarily. Couldn’t find closest branch. Zero customer service. Asked to come in tomorrow thinking everyone has so much time to take off from work!
Terrible service, The slowest bank I have ever been in my life. The queue you have to do for any assistance takes more than 50 min. You can see even old people waiting on the same queue, there is not even special assistance for them. Don’t recommend this to anyone.
Around 10 people lined up, 1 teller actually working, 4 - 5 staff members literally just standing around chatting. This happens constantly at this branch. It's the cbd, it's busy, it's not rocket science to figure this out. Get your act together and have adequate staff members on shift to man the tellers.
1st time ive been to this bank , agree with all the one star reviews , 2 tellers on when i walked in , one decided to disappear , leaving one teller and 12 people in the line for a 40 minute wait ..........................................Although to give NAB some respect this branch is in an out the way place , Collins st melbourne CBD isnt a well known street , its only been the financial hub of Melbourne for the past 200 years , NAB might not be aware of this ...............................................................................................on a more serious note this branch is deliberatly doing this to drive customers away and force them to do every thing online , its not an accident what they are doing
I don't understand these bad reviews. I opened a checking account today. I was supposed to wait 45 minutes but it only took 30 minutes. The employees were also very friendly. Good Job
Came in today to resolve some issues with my account. Was assisted by Nathan who was super helpful and friendly. It took a bit of a time but Nathan managed to make it bearable.
I have seen a very bad service in this branch. I went there to just open an account, they told me to sit on a couch and someone will assist you shortly. After waiting of 30 minutes I asked to one of the employee that how long it will take and he told me very soon. After 40 minutes of waiting I asked again and got the same answer. Finally someone came after 2 hours and asked ‘Hello ma’am how are you, how can I help you?’ I mean seriously????? I am suggesting you to improve your service because people have other things to do, they are not supposed to be in your branch whole day.
SLOWEST SERVICE EVER! I have visited this branch during peak time, and quieter times and the wait is always ridiculous. The lobby reception person tends to always be wandering around when their time would be better utilised behind a counter. Avoid this branch at all costs.
