If you’re looking for a bank that’s easy to navigate, has sensible security steps and helpful customer service, stray as far from Citibank as you can. I’ve had nothing but issues with them from the time I signed up starting with taking months to even have access to my account then it’s been issue after issue from there, mainly revolving around their terrible app that has little to no usability

The worst of the worst experience I have had. I have investment with citibank and before I purchased investment product with Citi I was told that I would have a private relationship manager whom could give me the resolutions if I had any concerns.  However, yesterday I found that my relationship manager blocked me from wechat without any notification before. I contacted the sales manager and he pushed me back to the relationship manager. After I purchased the product from Citi, No one provide the service . VERY POOR customer service! No recommend to others at all.

WORST experience I have ever had with a bank, terrible customer support - they just hang up on you. Will never bank with them again

Went there as a citibank customer to try to have a cheque made out to be told that they dont do it and to go to one of the 4 big banks and they an do it easily for you. Went to ANZ and NAB and was told that they cant do it. So thanks for stuffing me around and wasting hours of my time.

Worse ever experince sevice ever had. poor attitude and customer service very very un proffesional do not recommend you will  get sick of them as soon  you  deal with them

One of the worst experience I've had with these people and one of the worst customer services I've ever had even though it's been taken to the complaints team and still appalling I keep getting promised in the next 3-5 business days still no answer will be definitely building up a ombudsman case
