NAB is hands-down the worst financial institution in Australia. I had to come into the branch twice to update simple personal details, whereas all the other banks allow customers to do so online. Furthermore, in spite of doing so, I kept getting emails requesting that I update the details I had already updated in person at Praharn's branch. Because of this, I was forced to close my accounts to stop the constant spamming about me providing information I had already provided. Worst of all, even after closing my accounts, I had to file a complaint to get the statements for the closed accounts because they blocked my access in spite of sending an email advising me to download them. I sincerely advise you to bank with anyone else but NAB. COM-114269
I just had an excellent experience at this branch. Kylie helped me, and she did so in a warm, friendly and non-judgemental manner, which is very different from my experience at other bank branches. I can definitely recommend NAB South Yarra.
It’s a good company to bank with and have been with them for many years but this constant issue with the cash exchange being out of service this time 2 days in a row once at 4.30pm yesterday and today at 6.30pm. This makes business banking unnecessarily difficult for those of us who require to do this outside of hours regularly. Please sort this out!
Very poor service. They had only 1 person on duty and it takes them an hour to attend you. I preferred to leave. On top of that NAB wants to close or freeze their customers accounts for "mean comments online". I'd rather open a bank account in a Police Station rather than letting a Bank to become a police
I had the pleasure of Siva Namana helping me out with my NAB mortgage review. She was extremely responsive, friendly, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. She understood the products and process and took the time to explain everything to me. She also went out of her way to follow up and ensured any questions I had were answered. Great customer service which can be hard to find these days!
I was recommended to talk to Siva Namana by a friend for a home loan, and now I can gladly say that the recommendation was not in vain. It being my first ever home loan, I was very unsure about the processes and had A LOT questions. However, she was very patient with me and was extremely responsive. I would strongly recommend to anyone who needs any type of loan to talk to Siva. I can guarantee you that you won't be disappointed.
Taylor seemed to be very dissatisfied with his job. Doesn’t seem to care for customers, in a customer service role. He was unhelpful and evidently does not show any leadership skills in his role as a “manager.’”
Last week I went into your Malvern branch with the intention of closing my accounts and transfer them to another bank. I have been with NAB for a long time, I don’t think I am a demanding customer. However the fundamentals of carrying daily business with customers have been forgotten, everyone is wanting a promotion and easier working arrangements and somehow we forget to return a call, follow up on customers issues or reply to an email with a level of urgency. So as a customer you feel neglected. Until you meet Siva Namana, after five minutes sitting down with her, Siva had addressed all issues which she resolved into a positive outcome. She understands the importance of customer service and what it means to retain customer and give them a great experience. I don’t know how long Siva has worked for the NAB, but I hope she gets recognised for her efforts and work ethics. Thank you Siva, you are a huge asset to NAB and ai will recommend you to family and friends. Best wishes , Piero
I would like to give Siva Namana a 5 star rating at NAB South Yarra. She was helpful, efficient, polite and thorough. She sorted out my home loan repayments with a quick turnaround. She answered all my questions and and got back to me quickly. I was really happy with her customer service and expertise . Thank you Siva for all your help.
Just got a pre approval done under the Home Guarantee Scheme with Siva. As we are first home buyers we had a lot of questions, Siva never failed to answer them and went through everything we needed to know thoroughly. She updated us on each process and we had our place reserved in the scheme within 2 days. I would definitely recommend Siva if anyone is looking for a home loan especially for first home buyers.
