Westpac branch with an atm. ATM features. Good experience opening and reorganising accounts. Thks to Charlene Zheng, helped by Deb on the computer glitch.
Beware using the atm cash deposit machine at this branch. A malfunctioning atm machine took my cash deposit without providing a receipt and staff at Westpac Prahran were very unresponsive taking almost 4 weeks to give my money back into my account. Was initially told that they had balanced machine the next day and they were unable to find my deposit but after a few weeks of calling them repeatedly the branch manager conceded that they knew the machine was faulty and other customers had also been affected. At no point was I provided with an estimated time to resolve this issue
Such a pathetic branch no help from Any Staff member in any thing and no proper knowledge in the sense of giving guidance to the people.
