Very rude. I was turned away at 3.30 PM by a male staff (appeared senior staff) saying they don’t have enough time to open a new bank account for my sister. He even told us to book an appointment another day. Interestingly when we asked Westpac on the other side if they have time, they welcomed us and happily opened the account.

Unprofessional and discriminatory service experienced at this NAB Branch on Thursday April 27th around lunch time is unbelievable. This young teller/supervisor treated me like a thief. His disrespectful language, tone, body language and disdain just pissed me off. I couldn't believe it. He definitely has so much to learn in customer service, service to the multicultural community, and most importantly, respectful behavior with clients. Even one star is too much (nothing below zero).
