Shocking customer service. Despite going there every fortnight for several years one of the tellers always checks my signature and writes down details of my drivers license, all the while looking at me as if I am public enemy No #1. I have been banking for over 50 years and never, ever, experienced this level of rudeness. Just yesterday when I was trying to answer a very rude question she had asked she put her hand up palm outwards to my face. Unbelievable. I should mention that most of the staff are very pleasant and efficient but one of the tellers and one of the junior managers are far and away the worst customer service people I have ever encountered.
