Went into the branch this morning to take the fraud block off my card. Still doesn't work. It took an hour for them to see me. And fraud takes over an hour to answer aswell. Don't waste your time if you can bank elsewhere.

WE ARE AUSTRALIAN AND I EXPECT TO SPEAK TO AN AUSTRALIAN NOT AN INDIAN WITH AN ATTITUDE.
