Nethertheless over the last 20 years I have found the teams in Townsville luckily I have maintained a sole representative throughout that period... being Wendy Bailey to be responsive and timely with their delivery of advice and suggestions to ensure that I not only Comply as required, but for me to be in a position, personally, to add value to my business and my personal wealth through the professional directions offered.

Just moved to Xero from MYOB.   Lisa Lawlor provided top notch service and support to get us underway.  Only one glitch to date and she resolved that for us very quickly.   Couldn't have asked for a better experience.   Highly recommend to anyone thinking about making the change

Disgusting service. Waiting on the phone for 42 minutes, listening to 3-4 messages every minute telling me that my call was "important" and to ask them about what they can do for me - answer the damn phone. I eventually hung up in despair. Even Telstra and Centrelink don't keep their clients on hold for that length of time.

Have been with Findex for many years and they are always timely, efficient and very helpful. Highly recommended.
