Probably the best banh mi in Melbourne, bread is baked fresh in house and is so good. Decent prices. Well worth the long queue at lunchtime.

This place has the best Banh Mi in South Melbourne. The staff are super friendly, service is quick and the vietnamese iced coffees are a must try! The line starts to form at about 12pm as all the offices around break out for lunch, but it moves quite quickly. If you're not sure what to try first, I highly recommend the grilled pork.
Best cheap lunch in South Melbourne - go the Bahn mi, it's one of the best in the city!
Traditional Vietnamese bakery and fresh food, nice clean premises, good coffee, reasonable prices. Can't go wrong but expect a wait. Long queues at lunch time.
Great banh mi's. Super quick. Lunch for under $10.
