Customer service is out the window. Trying to find a staff member for assistance is like trying to find a needle in a hay stack. Store looks tired and run down. Perhaps the staff should pay more attention with the children’s clothing to ensure the correct hangers are on the correct sized clothing and that the children’s fitting rooms are free from other peoples laziness walking in and finding clothing and hangers everywhere absolutely appalling. Clearly the care factor in this store is totally ZERO…
Tonight I was helped by the absolutely lovely sue. Came in 20 minutes to close looking for a specific item as a last minute Mother’s Day present. Sue went absolutely above and beyond to find the one they had left. Not in the spot out front due to renovations we think, and had to search high and low to find the last one out back. Felt like she truly cared about helping me out when she could have easily turned me away, she’s a fantastic asset to your Manchester team. Cheers, Bodie
Great variety and love the cafe. The staff are quite helpful although the change rooms are always a mess. You go into one, and there are 20 garments that aren't yours hanging up. If you need a different size, you always need to get redressed and get it yourself. Otherwise, it's pleasant to shop here.
It's the only Myer I go to, due to location, so this review is not fully informed. But they have a huge range of menswear, in general, and an excellent range of formal wear - suits, trousers, shirts, sock and most especially some superb, quality material and designed, neckties!!
Buyers beware if you visit some of the brands in here. I bought a pair of Ralph Lauren jeans here only to find a $50 difference for exactly the same jeans on Myer online. It seems some brands operate their own franchises within the store and the price is vastly different to what Myer sells the same items for.
Great bargains to be had due to boxing day sales. Staff very helpful and kmowledgeable about the products. Fantastic kitchen ware and women's clothing sections.
I wanted to buy a new outfit. Not one staff offered to help so walked out. I would not even give this store 1 star if it were possible. At least the cleaners do a good job.
I rang from Tasmania to locate a pair of Guess jeans & Helen from the Ladies wear department Chermside Brisbane sourced the jeans in store for me & I was able to do a phone order. Thank you Helen I was very appreciative of your assistance Tania
I know Myers chermside are renovating so things are everywhere. I have managed to get some awesome details during reno. Yes service can be difficult but I think they have a great return policy.
I bought a bag online and the strap broke yesterday. I rang service yesterday pm and they said take it to your closest store. So I did. Fantastic service. No problem.
