Today I had the pleasure of purchasing Dior perfume from the lady who worked at Dior in your store. She was so lovely, so genuine, and helped me purchase the perfect Christmas present for my mum. I wish I knew her name. She was so kind, she wrapped my purchase, and was super helpful. Shopping around this time can be daunting specially when no one makes the effort to great you or just be nice. I will definitely return for future purchases.
I had 4 items to return and I also wanted to purchase something online that had a glitch and I couldn't do it myself. The ladies helping me were really helpful. One was in training and I loved how patient and respectful was the other lady towards her.
Obviously a beautiful store, clean and smells nice. But man, the ladies working in the makeup/perfume department are such grumps. I mean, I'm probably not the high end Chanel draped supermodel they're wanting in there, but I've got money, so don't have to be snooty at me.
I was looking for a pair of men’s slacks at DJ’s Chermside, fortunately was served by consulting staff member ‘Belinda’ who was an absolute professional in her service, knowledge, advice and humour. I’m extremely pleased with my purchase and will shortly replace my suit, I definitely will seek out Belinda again for her advice and knowledge again, and I know my credit card will suffer. Belinda works in the Anthony Squire’s men’s department and is absolute asset.
Trini Lopez provided excellent customer for me today. I was going to buy a belt, but Trini suggested I try it on properly before purchasing. Lucky he did. It wasn’t quite the right size. Trini suggested another belt and helped me pick it out. 5 stars for customer service.
I used to love David Jones. Only place to shop but now it is so difficult to get customer service which was what they were renowned for. Went to 3 register stations before we found someone to pay for our purchases. Very disappointing.
Trini at men’s wear department has been amazing. He very professionally and kindly helped out during my shopping. One of the best shopping experiences.
Lovely department store with the best brands and attentive customer service. No need to rush. Enjoy browsing through this large multi-level spacious store with quality products attractively displayed. For me, this place is an institution with a class all of it's own.
I bought a dress for my daughter for Christmas unfortunately it dosnt fit . Went to David Jones today unfortunately I did not have the receipt but had the transaction on phone was told to go to customer service which we did . Then the person on the counter told us that. They were told not to look up transaction with out receipt on Boxing Day , so we’re unable to exchange or get money back as it was public holiday!! Wholistic I under staf that in can bee busy any they don’t have the time , this was not the case the was nobody waiting .yes I know I should have docket have since found I have found docket and bag ready to return but hours I work doesn’t enable me to get there in timq
Fantastic selection of everything needed for your home, plenty of clothing & personal items. Very nice & helpful staff.
